Hey guys and gals, it's me, back from the dark side. I just thought I'd update this page since it's been quite a hot minute since I have.
The boys (meaning my dogs) love the dog park. Absolutely love it. They race each other, play fight with each other, and 20 minutes later they're tired and they sleep most of the day, which lets me and my wife get stuff done without them getting in the way.
This image was taken at Hacklebarney State Park, here in New Jersey. Apparently this place is pretty popular in the fall, because it was PACKED. We were lucky to get a photograph that didn't have a hiker in the background. But this place is beautiful any time of the year.
This image was tricky to make. I had to really under-expose the image and than bring back the light in Lightroom (speaking of Lightroom, I've almost 100% switched to using Lightroom instead of Photoshop, but that story is for another time). Also, it was hard to keep Maverick still, seeing as a had to use a shutter speed around 1/50 sec.. But all in all, I'm pretty proud of this image.
This image was taken at Tallman Mountain State Park at the New York/ New Jersey border. This day was super cold, it was about 30 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill of about 10-15 degrees. BRR!
This photo was made today, the wife and I decided we would go to this park called Mercer Meadows in NJ. There's not too much to see here honestly, but it was a nice little hike around some meadows, hint the name. But this was one of the couple images that actually came out decent.
Anyway, I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
